You do not have to do this alone. Getting independent help early is one of the most useful things you can do — and all of the services below are free. Even Footing is not affiliated with any of them; it simply points the way.

What to ask for. Tell them clearly what you think happened and why you believe it was discrimination, and ask about your time limit first — it is strict and easy to miss. Bring your dates, names, and any documents.
